Fair Payment
We pay in accordance with the collective agreement for the state of Hesse (TV-H).
There is an automatic salary increase based on years of service and a special annual payment in November.
Supplementary Pension Fund
Providing for Retirement is becoming increasingly important for all of us. With the VBL Karlsruhe, we offer an attractive pension component, with the Studierendenwerk Kassel paying the majority of the contribution.
