Affected women and men are to be encouraged not to accept sexual harassment, discrimination and violence, but to make their rejection unequivocally clear and to actively defend themselves against it.

The aim of the directive on protection against sexual harassment, discrimination and violence is to raise employees' awareness and attention, take preventive measures and provide help in the event of assault.
