A roof over the head - Searching for accommodation at the start of the winter term

At the beginning of the winter term the search for an apartment can become tedious, as many students come to Kassel and Witzenhausen at the same time. Unfortunately, not all of them get a place in the student hall in time, as there are more applications than places. For this reason, prospective students are best advised to look for alternatives before arriving in Kassel.

You can find such alternatives, for example, on our online housing exchange, where private landlords publish their room and apartment offers.

You can also come to our Accommodation Speeddating, which is meant for students looking for a new home as well as for landlords, and the Be-Welcome Dooropener Service for students from abroad.
