Fair Payment
We offer fair pay from the start. As an apprentice with us, you start your first year with €1,270 per month (according to TVA-H BBiG) and receive a special annual payment every November. On top of that, you’ll be rewarded with a bonus, if you pass your final exams!
Supplementary Pension Fund
Providing for Retirement is becoming increasingly important for all of us - even if you are just at the beginning of your professional career. With the VBL Karlsruhe, we offer an attractive pension component,with the Studierendenwerk Kassel paying the majority of the contribution.

The well-being of our employees is a top priority to us. Our Occupational Health and Safety team develops individual interventions for our colleagues in their workplaces.

We are a family-friendly company and offer flexible work schedules, including working from home. In this way, we work together to find solutions for an optimal work-life balance. Our head office is located directly on the campus at Holländischer Platz - so we are very close to our customers - the students. This makes our work versatile, communicative and varied.
Kassel is the third largest city in Hesse - it's green and urban at the same time.
Witzenhausen scores with the charm of a picturesque half-timbered town and the famous cherry blossoms in the spring.
