A roof over the head - Searching for accommodation at the start of the winter term
If you are coming to the University of Kassel for the winter semester and have not yet found a place in a student hall, you should also look around on the private housing market. Be sure to include smaller towns and communities in the surrounding area: as soon as you start studying at the University of Kassel, you will have the so called semester ticket and will not have to buy any extra tickets.
- Alternatives to the private housing market can be found on our online housing exchange, where private landlords publish their room and apartment offers.

Accommodation-Speeddating
The aim of accommodation speed dating is to find a match. No matter whether you are looking for a new home, want to find a new flatmate for your shared flat or are looking for other students with whom you would like to start a shared flat. In addition to existing shared flats, there are also offers from private landlords to be discovered here. In addition, we will be giving away eight rooms in the Moritzstraße student hall, Holländischer Platz campus, at the speeddating event.
