Conditions of participation for the Instagram sweepstake on June 8, 2026
These terms and conditions apply to the sweepstake on www.instagram.de/studierendenwerkkassel  from June 8, 2026. By participating in the sweepstake, the Instagram User expressly accepts these terms and conditions. The sweepstake is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram in any way.
What is there to win?
You can win 5 x 2 tickets for the movie „SUPERGIRL“ The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
Who can take part?
Visitors to the Instagram account of the Studierendenwerk Kassel.
How do I take part in the sweepstake?
You can take part by liking the post and tagging another account in the comments. Participation is only possible via your own Instagram account. Technical manipulation, including the creation of multiple accounts or any other violation of the conditions of participation may lead to exclusion from the sweepstake. The comments must not contain any illegal or immoral content.
When does the sweepstake start and end?
The sweepstake starts on Monday, June 8, 2026, and ends on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
When will the winners be drawn?
Winners will be drawn from all eligible participants and notified June 20, 2026. Winning tickets will be sent by email or via Instagram pm.
How will the winners be determined?
The winners will be drawn at random.

What data will be collected?
In order to deliver the prize, the winner's Instagram name will be stored until the prize is delivered by email, but no later than June 30, 2026. The Instagram post will remain online after the end of the sweepstake.
Participants who violate these terms and conditions may be disqualified. This applies in particular if false information is provided or if comments violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that glorify violence, are insulting, harassing or degrading, or otherwise offend common decency. In this case, the prize may be withdrawn.
The organizer reserves the right to change, cancel or terminate the sweepstake without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Legal recourse is excluded.
