With 102 rooms, this apartment complex is the largest in Witzenhausen. It is located near the university campus, directly across from the public swimming pools. Many international students live here, speaking a variety of languages. Those who wish, can easily meet and befriend other students.
All rooms are furnished and cable-, telephone- and LAN-accessible. The students living here share a TV and common room, washing machines, and dryer, as well as a bike storage area. Students have the option of living in small communities or in a single-apartment.

The electricity required for the student hall is mostly produced by roof-mounted collectors. The electricity price is thus permanently fixed via the tenant electricity model.

Rent and running costs all inclusive range between € 253 and € 275.

Please note: This student hall is subject to the Housing Promotion Act. The relevant annual income of the tenants may not exceed € 16,351 in accordance with Section 5 (1) No. 1 HWoFG.
